Depending on where they are located it is recommended you use a different number of sash jammers to make sure that they add the right amount of reinforcement.
- Small windows – 1 sash jammer
- Larger windows or single door – 2 sash jammers – one at the top and one at the bottom
- Patio doors – 4 sash jammers – two at the top and two at the bottom
